One of the things that stops me from getting started is thinking of having to find those threads again, especially since there are often valuable posts on page x, and not all threads have made it into this sub forum.

So I would like to propose this thread as a central starting point. Reply here with the following information:

1) Section (e.g. "BODIES / Coloring seamless bodies")
2) Author and descriptive title for the post (Needn't be the same as the original title. Example: "Ephiane: Oil pastel method")
3) Direct link to the post (not the thread)

I will then add it to this list. Of course I invite the moderators to edit this initial post, too.

What a treasure, thank you Sky! I took the liberty of reducing the titles to the essential info in the hopes of keeping things as readable as possible even on smaller devices.

No problem, and I figured you would edit it to fit into the list better. I will keep looking for additional 'how-to' posts once I have more time to do so.

I added a few more posts to the lists, particularly Gub's de-necking tutorial and various diorama goodies.

Thank you very much! No rush. This is definitely a long term project. Laughing

I didn't want to post with nothing to contribute, haha. But now that Melancholia has brought up the topic of posing, I remembered lawlaws great tutorials. I am sure there are some more posing tutorials I don't know or can't remember. Davidd did something too, and Photogsblog did something on comic storytelling if I remember correctly.

Anyway, so glad someone finally started to sort all the knowledge hidden in our library. Very Happy

Awesome! Thank you! I'm not sure I've ever seen those. Great threads!

I've also added the feet modification threads among others. How to... TABLE OF CONTENTS Icon_b10

I've added One Sixth Practical's suggestion of using Tamiya Weathering Master to adjust skin tone, as well as Gub's new Darth Maul experiment overview.
