I think it's from a Taiwanese movie. I thought the head looks well done.

Edit: It's from the movie Zhou Chu Eliminated Three Evils or in english"The Pig, The Snake and The Pigeon"

I was going to say that I don't see any of the animals. So the pig, the snake, and the pigeon are three evils? Poor things. 
It looks good, except that they really should have invested in a seamless arms (at least) body if they were going to do the short-cleeved look.

Hehe. I believe it's a gangster movie. I haven't watched it but maybe those are nicknames of some gangsters?
